I've had one laying in my desk drawer for over 10 years, never seen another one before this.
The mold is concentric circles.
Not sure what that indent around your inlay is as mine don't have it.
Have no idea where it is from.

I see below that Fred has it tagged in Egypt.
Could be or maybe someone else had it laying around for 10 years, saw Fred coming, and gave it a name. Just kidding Fred, you could be right as far as I know.
