I'm not worried about a standard price guide, experience takes care of that Jim. The problem is that nost people just don't feel welcome here. Oh, if you are willing to agree with everything the vocal minority say, and stroke their egos, they will reward you. But anyone with different ideas or who doesn't like the tone of the bullys either speaks out and gets flamed or shunned, or drifts away to something else where the atmosphere is friendly and more tolerant.

I suspect that a small group has run this small hobby for so long that they fear losing their sense of importance and control with the influx of new members and ideas. You can't really blame them I guess, but change happens folks. I hope it can happen with those who already know so much rather than without them. We'll all benefit if they can adjust.
