I'm a dealer there and I've noticed over the past couple days that there are a bunch of these in uncirculated condition on the tables. Also some other commemorative chips in new condition (New Year 05, anniversary, grand opening). Maybe they found some in the cage that hadn't been released. I suspect they're going to replace all the chips soon since they're getting rid of the hat and cane in their logo.
