funny thing is that the seller is completly at the mercey of the buyer in this way of doing business. if you feel they took too much time to pay then if you dont leave feedback they wont. im not saying its a perfect world but the sellers have right to. i only leave feedback when i recieved feedback. if they would not bother to leave feedback after they recieve the chip promptly, i would not leave feedback for prompt payment. i have over 200 positives and no negatives but that is because i email prompt and am organized.
