The Miami/Key West drive is fine if you don't mind
driving at 2-inches elevation. Two of the best
coastal drives I've ever experienced was doing the
Corniche from Nice, France to Menton...and beyond.
All of heaven opens up before your eyes with the
mountains to the north and the sea south. The
Corniche has three levels: base, which is seaside;
middle and the highest being the Grand Corniche.
Best done with a vintage machine. There are also
plenty casinos between the stretch...but some are
seasonal. The other was the Amalfi coast from
Naples to Sorrento along the Bay of Naples.
