Yeah, they learn lots of new stuff, Jane, but don't sell yourself short. I find that most of them can do the high-level stuff that tools and development environments provide for them, but not many of them know what goes on underneath, nor the business problems faced and how to deal with 'em.

Same as it ever was. They know the new tools, but it takes 'em a while to learn how to use 'em to solve problems.
