I am not sure if your asking about complete sets because you want one or have them so here is my opinon. A complete of wheel chips is all that a casino has for a specific time period....like at least a day. That means at least 6 different colors from (some 8) every table the casino has available over a 24 hour period DURING PEAK PLAY. The last part is important because large casinos with 6+ wheels will not put all their variations out until the pit play justifies. For instance, from 1992-94 the Hyatt Regency at Lake Tahoe had three tables on the floor but only used the third table during peak holiday hours. So many of their good looking chipcos were stolen that they called me for a solution ( I worked for the company that supplied their brass core rack chips). I said for them to get ugly chips with hot stamps which they did and few losses ever since. I received some complete sets from their three tables in gratitude. Still have a few complete sets from three tables available.
