Many years ago, my wife and I were entering an elevator at he Sheration resort in San Diego and who should be stepping off the elevator but a few guys in what we thought were dressed up in Halloween costumes. Years later we find out that it was the Kiss group. Couldn't figure out why the Hotel security didn't at least ask them what they were doing at the resort as it was quite expensive and couldn't imagine these clowns having the monetary means to stay there. <g>

My taste in music hasn't change much and credit the Hard Rock Hotel for keeping me aware of the new groups via their issues of the LE chips. E.g. Hootie and the Blowfish. Who would ever believe these were humans?
