As I mention above, I paid about $1600 for the 3 Colonia Espanola (I believe that the green and white are rarer than the blue)
I bought the ivory in with a bunch of ivory. I'm sure I bought it as an unknown initial chip. I have no idea on population
The Casino de Puerto Ricos (CPR) were also bought as unknowns until I identified them as being from PR. I don't believe any c&s or PR collector has them. I have contacted all C&S and most PR collectors/dealers. In particular I spoke with the late Al Rollins and Victor Martinez (?) both of whom confirmed the PR attribution and the fact that no one they knew had them.
I would rated the CPRs the highest (and well above $500) followed by the green, then white, and finally the blue Bayamon. I am 100% sure that the $1600 I paid on ebay a couple of years ago would not have been the winning bid today. I know people that bid $350 to $450 on chips that I win for $80 to $110. I do not win high end c&s on ebay anymore. It is not for a lack of trying.
I'm not sure where to put the ivory as I'm less familiar with it.
Chances are my collection will be sold as a collection rather than piece meal. (of course at the right price I might sell one of the CPRs)
