and replace them with an equal number of your own chips and mail it off to the next guy,he takes out a few, puts in a few and mails it off to the next guy or gal on the list. It eventually comes back around to the same guy that sent it out in the first place with 20 new chips. They do it a lot on this board - never been involved myself. It's a hot topic - especially when one disappears for a few days.
