Yeah, funny. There are so many things wrong with the auction description -- they are clay, not plastic. They are poker chips, not casino chips. That there are no playing cards is very unimportant as the cards with poker chip sets are invariably worthless. That they could have been used in Germany during WW II is possible (though unlikely), but doesn't affect the value as they were made in the US by US Playing Card Co and were an old design, not made for Nazis, etc (very well known by now).
And wrong in saying they are 1.25"; they are 1.5." Would be a rare, valuable find if they were 1.25."
They are still worth the $137 opening bid.
