I write a message. I click on "preview message". After reviewing the message, I click on "Post Message". I get the "Duplicate Submission" message. I go back to "Post a New Message", make a minor change (usually add a fourth dot at the end of the subject line) and try to repost.

Sometimes this results in only the second message posting. Sometimes, however, both messages appear (three dots and four). And, yes, I'm sure I followed the same procedure described above each time.

So, sometimes when I hit "Post Message" the first time, it is actually posting. Sometimes it isn't. ----- jim o\-S
