It is not a roulette chip, nor was it used at the French Lick Springs Hotel. They were made in four colors, wrby, as a giveaway poker set from the Pluto Mineral Springs Co. who sold bottled mineral water that was guaranteed to do everything from curing your ailments to finding a buried treasure. Several of our members have them but I don't know if anyone has extras. Check on eBay.
