These were shipped to R. F. Hayes in Chicago in 1940. Gene Tremble provided the id from the records. I found about 300 of these - approximately equal quantities of each color. Gene said this was about half of the order in the file. I would guess they were ordered for a roulette game - but that is just my guess. The chips are lightly used.
