And also those who SHOULD already know better! There is only ONE reason for a chip collector to ever call gaming. And that is if a casino refuses to pay you when you have money coming. Other than that...NEVER call them for any other reason. If a collector or dealer calls gaming to complain about a chip release, it only makes it worse for everyone in the hobby, in the long run.
Complain to the casino who you have a problem with. Air out your frustrations here on The Chip Board. Or in an E-Mail to others in the hobby.
But, do NOT call gaming because you feel you did not get your share of chips from a release, or did not like the way the release was handled. All that gaming is going to do after getting too many phone calls from chip collectors, is to quit approving chip releases. Then we ALL lose! And not only those who collect LE's. If there are no more LE's issued, then the interest in the hobby is less & we have fewer collectors. Once you stop attracting new collectors to a hobby, it starts to die out. Andy - Las Vegas
