Okay, your first statement was, "Chip Collectors...., dealers, and speculators have caused a lot of heat. They might not like the results of their complaining."

Notice that it does not say "I believe" or "I think" in front of it. It is presented as a factual statement, suggesting that there will be repercussions from the heat and those that have complained may not like it. If complaints have been made, then by who and to whom? I know that I have complained to my fellow collectors. How has that caused heat with gaming?

I asked you seven questions in my follow up post. You answered none (zero, zilch, nada) of them. Why not? Do you have something to hide?

I'm not insinuating anything. I'm asking a few questions based on prior incidents (your previous statements and statements made to me by Rick Newman). I would like to know the answers, but you are refusing to answer. Why? And how am I out of line for asking questions? Is it because they are questions that you don't care to answer? Or is it because I called your bluff, as I've done before?

Your next statement is that you don't owe "a public statment [sic] about at least 100 other casino executives I know in the city". You actually don't owe anyone anything until you start making inflammatory posts. At that point, when a direct question is asked of you regarding your posts then, yes, I do think you owe an answer. In addition, you are using your posts to imply that collectors and dealers are the reason for the problems associated with the Hooters releases. I believe Rick Newman is the reason. He is the sole person responsible for the horrible chip program at Hooters and he is the one that has caused a lot of heat, not the collectors. How dare you imply otherwise. Forgive us, sir, for asking for more gruel because we're still hungry. What I find interested is that Rick Newman has stated that he learned how to run a chip program from you. With that information, then I don't think it's out of line to ask you your involvement with Hooters and their chips.

Your statement to Chuck was, "I believe a couple posters said they did (complain to gaming) on this BB."

Aha! Here you say believe because you're trying to cover your ass. I have read most, if not all, of the Hooters related posts, and I do not believe that anyone stated that they had complained to gaming. I may be wrong so I'll appreciate a link. As I've said earlier, I would like to know who has complained to gaming.

So, throw out everything in these last few posts. I do not intend to imply anything, I just have a few questions. Please, sir, will you answer my questions?

• If so, who?
• And how do you know about it?
• Also, in regards to your statement that dealers have caused a lot of heat and may not like the results, can you clarify?
• Again, do you know something definitive or are you just flaming rumors?
• Also, do you not agree that it is your friend Rick Newman that started and continues to perpetuate all of this?
• If not, then why not since he is in control of the program.
• Have you been in contact with Rick Newman since Hooters has opened?
