Initially I thought that too but there is a card shown in the photo for Mike Matusow for $413,995. He made the final table for the 2005 WSOP and won one million just in that event alone last year.

I went ahead and did a little research just now and looked up Mike's first place finishes at the WSOP. Sure enough, he's won two braclets:

30th Annual World Series of Poker
Event #11 - WSOP No Limit Hold'em 1st $265,475 May 6, 1999

*and*

33rd Annual World Series of Poker
Event #29 - WSOP Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 1st $148,520 May 15, 2002

These two 1st place finishes total up to $413,995 - so those place cards must show only 1st place finishes.
