I dont think that i explained it right. He emailed me and stated that if they didnt sell on ebay he would sell them individually. Then he emails me and says it would be too much trouble to go to the post office to mail just one chip. That was my complaint. I was willing to pay $20 for a $10 chip and it was too much trouble.
