If it were just me, I would never buy a Hooters chip. However, I have customers that want them and they depend on me to get them. In the name of customer service, a concept that Hooters managment can't quite grasp, I get the chips and usually sell them at a loss.

It's a frustrating situation as a dealer. But that's not all that frustrates me. I love this hobby. I was a collector long before I was a dealer and I'll be a collector long afterwards. I talk and email with collectors from around the world on a daily basis. I hear their frustrations. Most collectors want to enjoy this hobby without any drama. They don't need or want any headaches. Unfortunately, every once in a while, a casino comes along and creates havic for no apparent reason. The collector is then forced to choose between playing the game, altering their collecting interest, or walking away. Many of them are walking away and that's sad.
