I'm one of the guilty parties. I haven't looked at me feedback in weeks. I have a full time job (job and a half lately), and I spend my chipping time keeping track of new releases, making sure I've notified everyone, organizing who wants what, packaging and mailing, keeping proper track of the payments. These are the things I consider important. In between I like to enjoy my own chipping hobby, spend a little time with the dog and the wife, sleep, eat... This is not a friggin retail store. No way would chipping and eBay selling provide me a living. It pays for my own collection is about all. I have to prioritize my time. If I have to choose between reviewing feedback or writing a scathing rebuttal to Archie, well,...
I have my own priorities when it comes to serving my eBay customers. Careful, quality packaging so the chips arrive without damage. Always sending the chips as soon as I receive the check, or when the auction closes for repeat customers. (In over a year I have NEVER had a check bounce. If someone has a personal preference for money orders, fine. I prefer a personal check.)
OK, I'm a feedbax slacker. Hate me. I'll go leave some right now. Really glowing comments for anyone who ever actually paid for what they bid on.
