Isn't your legislators' argument based on "out of control" gamblers on the basis that a casino has a duty (in theory grin ) to watch for addicts etc. where online gaming doesnt/cant.

Same legislation has been 'mentioned in passing' here.

IMO though it must rank close to infringement of civil liberties. Next thing they will tell you you are not allowed to drink alcohol or eat fast food more than once a week.
