Many of my favorite things are the things we found without ebay. There's something about the "thrill of the hunt" that my husband and I enjoy.

A few years ago, driving home from my brother's wedding in Ohio, we stopped at an antique shop in Auburn, Indiana. I spotted this Dome of the Sea dinner plate, from the Dunes, in a case. My aunt was with us and I made her stand guard while I looked for my husband ! The plate was marked $10, and there was a 25% off sale! That's another nice thing about finding stuff off-line...bargains!!
