I believe that it might be my great grandmother. She died when I was about 6 years old, but I remember that she had the same smile, wore her hair the same way and from what I can remember, of course I was only 6 at the time, she looks very much like her and I am pretty sure now that it is definitely my great grandmother Lulu Mae.
