I can't imagine what you thought Sheldon meant. I would surmise that Sheldon was referencing Lin's message "I second that." Instead of saying I third that, he used a googleplex.

In mathematics, a googol is the name of the number 10^100 (a 1 with 100 zeroes). A googolplex is 10^google.
