Katie and others - The Sands was one of the very few Nevada casinos who had a plaque and jeton series. The seven (7) pieces I know of are:

$5 ----- Yellow jeton - 33mm
$20 ---- Jim's example - 44mm
$50 ---- Butterscotch jeton - 50mm
$100 --- Pink Plaque - 66 x 46mm
$500 --- Yellow Plaque - 80 x 56mm
$1.000 - Blue Plaque - 93 x 66mm
$5.000 - Red Plaque - 105 x 74mm

The four plaques also had the denomination spelled on the face...and all pieces were serial numbered.
