There are 3 different CAC chips in the USPC records.
The one above yours and the one below yours was shipped to Chicago.

No delivery info "AT ALL" on your chip.
The only info on your chip is it was made in 1924.
It could have went anywhere or could have been picked up at USPC in Cincinnati.
White with blue.
Yellow with blue.

When Chicago is is the only delivery info, IMO it means a distributor like Hunt or Taylor and could have went anywhere from that point.
