I bought 2 items from a seller's store and it clearly states that he is out of the country until Sept 5 but I can buy not and he will ship as soon as he returns. I bought the items and paid vis paypal. Now if he never sends the items do I have any recourse after 90 days? The auction will no longer be in history and I cannot leave feedback after 90 days. I am in no hurry and Sept 5 is not a problem (unless he fails to ship). He is shipping from Barcelona Spain.
