When the value of a chip in TCR is based on an average condition chip, how should the value be adjusted for a chip in SU condition? How about in mint condition? Does the value change at all?

As an example, see my post below with the green small crown Horseshoe Club, Reno ncv chip. How shoudl I adjust its value? I also have another Horseshoe Club ncv chip (black large key with a picture of a horseshoe on one side) which is listed at a value of E+ in average condition. How should I adjust its value?
