Here's another ebay seller who thinks he's found the pot of gold. His "casino host" told him this chip is rare. Read seller's description below. You might evn want to follow up with a short note to him that 1500 LE chips issued recently is not a "rare" chip in chip collecting circles. Evidently, he doesn't believe me....
