I didn't see any bigotry involved in the exchange between Pete Rizzo and Rene Nezhoda. I saw Pete question Rene's value ratings of Nevada LE's, saw Rene respond by calling Pete ignorant, saw Pete respond by apologizing for Rene thinking that he was Pete's competition, to which Rene replied by calling Pete stupid.

....perhaps when the use of logic fails to elicit a cogent response, the end result will be poking fun at the ability to communicate in a particular language, knowing full well that the target knows what he would be saying in broken English wouldn't be confused. That's not bigotry, it's calling one to the carpet for fairness in practice as opposed to what one has offered in print as a guide to other collectors.

Being critical of Rene's book pricing isn't new, but it did need to be revisited as most of the Nevada $5 LE's are still avilable at chip shows for less than $15.
