If LE's are sold out at the cage or are no longer available at the tables, would those chips be considered RARE! Why is it that such chips can be picked up at many casinos in Las Vegas? I have done that several times at the Hard Rock, as well as other casinos after giving the cage person a few bucks for his/her trouble.
