I second Greg's suggestion. I have a wheel mouse on my home machine and it makes Web stuff very easy to scroll up and down on. It also works on most other Windows documents that have a up/down scroll (like Excel and Word). It drives me crazy when I am at work and I don't have it.

One open question: I know Windows 98 has support built in for it. Is there anything special people have to do to get it to work under Win 95?
