There are at least 4 varieties of the Casino 93 coin inlay chip with incuse mold. Here are the ones I know about. The last one is very clean and overexposed, but is also an incuse mold. The coin varieties include:

• dot after NEV
  
• no dot after NEV
  
• Long town name
  
• NEVADA spelled out
  

Steve Goodrich did a study of these a year or two ago and found at least one new variety (I believe one of the dots).

By the way, this chip is a good one to look at the "concentric circles" effect on coin inlays. I have about 25 of these chips, and all have the swirls in varying degrees (some barely visible).
