All you have to do is know what the heck you are doing.

If you go to the Ebay Home Page and click on Site Map it will take you to a page with all kinds of info.

Scroll down and watch the right hand column until it comes to Help topics...Right below that is A-Z Index...Go there and I would be amazed if you couldn't find an answer to any possible question you have. Most don't even know this section exists.

Other thing...Get to be a Power Seller. There are a number of different Power Seller levels. Then, they provide you with phone numbers for problem resolution. Good part is that they don't allow Mujabar over here. All speak English clearly and they can help immensely.

Saddly, if you deal in 99 cent junk you don't get the treatment that someone that sells high dollar every month.

Ebay isn't perfect but they are the best we have. I get really tired of hearing Fee Bay and etc. Take your crap to a consignment auction house and pay 20-40%, now that's gouging. Then most are gouging the buyer with 15-25% buyers premiums.

Another thing...Build your customer base, get to know your good buyers and then just offer what they like to them privately and the heck with Ebay.

I have some major gripes with Ebay but I live with it. There are other auction sites...Try Yahoo once and then you will have something to whine about.
