In defence of Richard he was selling the May chips at $30 shipped (i know i bought one) and contacted me personally before the release to offer me the June chip at $30 should he obtain some.

I would say if people are upset by the $30 price tag they drop their price to match, but it would seem an instant 250% profit may not be good enough for some!
