The chips were not slabed by the casino and sold as such. I work for MGM MIRAGE and know they were purchased by one individual and sold to the company who slabbed and sold them as a trio slab.I subsequently purchased the remaining chips (slab free) from Monte Carlo and Excalibur. Don't blame MGM MIRAGE for this fiasco.
