consider it a slab if its not graded (with regards to the HSN / QVC Horseshoe chips). To me, it's plastic-encapsulated and I wouldn't be relying upon someone else's judgement with regards to the condition, hence the value, of the encapsulated chip. To me, without the grading, it's just another chip...just in a different holder. Would I ever buy one....no.
