I have not been discussing the legal ramifications of making the chips. You may very well be correct that a knock off might be misleading in a legal sense. I don't know. I'm not that smart.

All I have been discussing is the individuals responsibility for self learning about the items he/she collects. It appears to me that some individuals believe someone or something must be in charge to "warn" those unsuspecting persons about what they are buying. I don't agree. it is that simple.
