Surely it isn't the Club's DUTY to do anything about this. Whether we care depends upon why the Club exists. Are we about introducing chip collecting to new people and educating the public about the hobby we enjoy, or just promoting and protecting the interests of established collectors who already know everything.

When the neighbor kid's bike is stolen I admit it still bothers me, even though he should have taken the time to lock it. I hope it always does.
