I agree, Jim. It was interesting to read the entire Chiptalk.net thread concerning the Condado/Coconut chips. Following the history you can see that making the chips appear as much like the originals is the primary concern of several of those participating. And, I would venture to guess that some of those taking part in the group buy are doing so for no other reason than the fact that the resale value will be boosted by potential buyer's confusion about the chips origins.

There was at least one member of the group who seemed very concerned about "doing the right thing", but he was quickly shot down by others who argued that they must not be doing anything wrong if the chip production company was willing to produce the design they submitted.

It will be interesting to see the clever wording used in eBay listings in a few months when these hit the secondary market.
