No one knows when the IP will close. We are supposed to get word from the B.O.D. after they meet in July. This will also be when we find out what our masterplan will be for the entire strip area we own on the three corners of flamingo and behind it.

As for redemption of chips, whatever the law is for redemptions we will of course follow.
