The sign at Geno's merely says: "This is AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH." It says nothing about not serving customers if you don't. It's just a written request. So where does Rachel Lawton, (acting executive director) come off bringing action against Geno's? Wouldn't the sign be considered "freedom of speech"? Wouldn't this fall under the first ammendment of our constitutional rights?.
I commend Vito for standing his ground. Any attourney worth his weight in cheesesteaks will have no problem defending this case. James Madison would be rolling over in his grave. JMHO
