Its from a U.S. Casino in Northern New York (Akwesasne Mohawk Casino) located in Hogansburg NY. I've been there twice so far (planning on going back in August sometime). Its not far from the Canadian border (about 15 minutes). At this Casino they have chips for Americans to use and then chips for their Canadian customers to use (see Greg's Chip Guide for different chips).

I won this token off of eBay one nite, seems casino's I visit I like to collect their chips and tokens. I just thought maybe some of the Poker players would know about it. Doesn't hurt for asking, It beats not getting an answer.
