I appreciate this may have been asked before, but if I can't make the convention can I 1) still buy tickets and of course hopefully win! and 2) have the great set of chips in the scan mailed to me? As I'm in the UK I'm happy to cover the postage, but just wanted to check first.

I assume that the email in your post is the email to send paypal to?
