Absolutely, and there are signs of use. A few tiny flea bites on the edges are visible with a magnifying glass, and in spots the very corner at the edge is flattened a little. Wear to the cross-hatching is uniform and visible. They do not have that crisp perfect feel of new chips. Also, some of the gold in the hot stamp on the blue sample is partly worn.
