I have looked at many interesting stats involving this years Super Bowl. I will share three of the most interesting ones with you:
1) Any team that played TB during the 1999 - 2000 season went 3 - 13 against the spread the next time it played.
2) A St. Louis player guaranteed "a win" against the Titans. There are valuable stats that suggest when a player from an opposing team "guarantees" a win against the other team. The final result is a game that goes UNDER the total.
3) It appears the Titans have a certain "right" to claim the destiny arguement. After all they beat a Bills team in the closing second, last play of the game. History supports, whether by coincidence or other, "destiny" teams are 6-0 in the Super Bowl.
I have not as yet made up my mind which team I will take. However, I can find no interesting stats that support taking the Rams. I am going to make my decision right before game time. I share the above information with you so you can have some fun!!! Best, Jim
