"PS-...I finally did get a seat belt ticket not long ago.."

In NYC I got a seat belt ticket and two weeks later a using cell phone ticket. Both 50 bucks plus a 40 dollar surcharge.

A few weeks after that I see the cops doing a seat belt check. The cop sees me pull mine on and does a LOL and signals me to pull over. As IM pulling over he just flags me on. Glad he didn't notice my cracked windshield. Barry
