I don't believe so. The reds have clearly faded. I believe the darkened color comes from the paper or glue under the inlay turning brown.

I believe you can make your own this summer by putting a chip on the dash of your car for a few months. The up side will be brown and faded and the bottom side will not change. We have seen this time and time again and have discussed it here on the board several times over the years.
