Carl Osborne. I bought a few of Carl's chips when he first came to the Bellflower show in the 80's hosted by Jim Munding before Casinorama. Carl was at one of the conventions several years ago. I asked him why all of the chips that he sold were shiny with out circles on the inlays and the tumbler story is what he told me. I do agree that the inlay looks like different material.
