I think CT's wire bruch is a little off. 
I'll have an answer for you tomorrow after I talk the the guy that makes them.
The coin inlays were made in LV BJ plant, now made at PS plant on Industrial Rd.
The plastic rings were made in KC, MO. I believe they are now made in PS LV plant.
